What Can I Eat On Zero Carb?

So there are some people who look at zero carb as eating simply meat and water.  I can’t just eat meat and drink just water. I just can’t.  So why do I have to? It’s my body and my choice just as it’s yours!  Myself and a friend have compiled a list for ourselves to use.  I thought I’d share it here too, so if you want to give this a try the way I do it, you can see exactly what kinds of foods I allow myself.  Again the choice is always yours!

  • Meat (Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, etc… Anything From The Animal Kingdom)
  • Eggs
  • Some Cheeses
  • Heavy Cream
  • Mayo & Mustard
  • Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
  • Butter, Bacon Grease and Fats
  • Coffee, Tea, Crystal Light and Diet Soda of your choice!
  • Liquid Sucralose
  • Pork Rinds (Baken-ets are two ingredients pork skins & salt)
