I love eggs and honestly, I eat them a lot when I get going on Zero Carb, because honestly they’re easy to make and always in the fridge ready for when I’m hungry.   One of the other things I like to keep on hand is chicken, whether it’s boned or boneless, adding mayo is always a plus! I love making mayo too, but I cannot always afford to do that.

So for these delicious Deviled Eggs you’ll need eggs LOL like you don’t already know that! Hehe

What’s For Breakfast or Lunch, Brunch?

So today I have had a small breakfast and a small lunch and they were both perfect meals for me and also 0 carbs!  I don’t count carbs for eggs or sweetener.  I don’t care how you do it or how anyone else does it, this is how I’m doing it.   So for breakfast I had 2 hard baked eggs ( bake eggs in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, put straight in ice water, cool and peel ) with 1.5 tbsp of 0 sugar/carb mayo and a tsp of mustard.

A little while later I started to feel hungry so I had 2.5 ounces of dark chicken meat I pulled off of 3 small thighs and weighed it out with another 1.5 tbsp of the same mayo.  Yum!

Dinner will be beef cooked in bacon grease with bacon and a smidgen of cheese, not even close to a serving!
