I love eggs and honestly, I eat them a lot when I get going on Zero Carb, because honestly they’re easy to make and always in the fridge ready for when I’m hungry.   One of the other things I like to keep on hand is chicken, whether it’s boned or boneless, adding mayo is always a plus! I love making mayo too, but I cannot always afford to do that.

So for these delicious Deviled Eggs you’ll need eggs LOL like you don’t already know that! Hehe

Today, I’m Fueling With: Meat, Eggs & Cheese!

eggs, bacon & sausageIt’s been a Slamming Week! I ended up really screwing up over the Thanksgiving Holiday and well I’m cleaning my mess up now! I just want to say no matter how bad you THINK you want it. You really DON’T need it!  I am learning the hard way.  I have done super this last few weeks now.  I gained a lot of weight right back, I just want to say it’s freaking crazy that two days, Thanksgiving and the following can screw up your weight over 15 lbs. Now  most of this is all water, because carbohydrates cause me to retain water, always!

I have about 10 more lbs to lose to get to where I was, again….. Sometimes I could just kick myself, but there’s now use crying over it now.  I just suck it up and move forward.

With that being said DON’T EAT CARBS! They’re bad, really bad for me especially! I’m allergic to them, they make me swell up! LOL Seriously though!

I had a delicious bacon & sausage stuffed one egg omelette.  The omelette is just a boat for the meat, so I only use one. 🙂

What’s For Breakfast or Lunch, Brunch?

So today I have had a small breakfast and a small lunch and they were both perfect meals for me and also 0 carbs!  I don’t count carbs for eggs or sweetener.  I don’t care how you do it or how anyone else does it, this is how I’m doing it.   So for breakfast I had 2 hard baked eggs ( bake eggs in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, put straight in ice water, cool and peel ) with 1.5 tbsp of 0 sugar/carb mayo and a tsp of mustard.

A little while later I started to feel hungry so I had 2.5 ounces of dark chicken meat I pulled off of 3 small thighs and weighed it out with another 1.5 tbsp of the same mayo.  Yum!

Dinner will be beef cooked in bacon grease with bacon and a smidgen of cheese, not even close to a serving!
