What Did You Fuel Your Body With Yesterday? What About Today?
Yesterday I did great! I managed to eat #ZC all day! Well not all day, but when I was hungry! Just wanted to clarify that. I have to say I can do this! It’s not that hard, You can do it too!
So what is your meal plan today? You should really be prepared the day before, be ready for what you are cooking. I notice that when I’m more prepared I’m much more successful.

So today for me I had 3 Eggs and 1 Slice of Bacon, only one cause it was the last slice! I saved it for me! 🙂 Yes I’m a Greedy Bitch, Especially when it comes to my bacon or beef!
Last Night for Dinner I had a Fat 6.5 ounce Burger I seasoned well. It was delicious! I didn’t add anything other than the seasonings to it. See photos below.
